Tolton Dress Code Policy 2026 - 2027 School Year

Clarification to Frequently Asked Questions: 

  • Uniform polos MUST be ordered through the Tolton Team Store, Land’s End, or Tommy Hilfiger, as they have the required school emblem on them. See below for ordering information.
  • The khaki and navy uniform pants, shorts, and skirts/skorts can be ordered through Land’s End, Tommy Hilfiger, or purchased at a store of your choice, as long as they meet the requirements listed in the attached dress code policy.
  • Tolton has two approved vendors for plaid skirts:  Project Plaid and Land’s End  (see below for ordering information).  
  • Students may wear a Tolton-branded sweatshirt, hoodie, or quarter zip.  These items must be from a Tolton approved source. (Please use the above “Tolton Dress Code Policy” link for more details.)
  • If your student is enrolled in P.E., please take special note of the information in the attached dress code policy regarding apparel for P.E. classes.
  • Hair color must be a natural color.

Tolton Approved Uniform Providers and Instructions:

Tolton Team Store

  • Go to: https://tolton-online-team-store.myshopify.com
  • New this year!  The Tolton Team Store now offers uniform polos.
  • All polos and outerwear on the Tolton Team Store website meet uniform requirements, unless specifically marked.
  • Fulfillment:
    • Print-on-Demand Items (shipped to your home): Look for the blue “Ships to Home” icon on select apparel. These items are custom-made to order and shipped to your home. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before items ship.
    • All other items on the Tolton Team Store website are in stock items (school pickup): These items are in stock on-campus. Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days and available for pick up in the office. Please note, these items cannot be shipped.

Tommy Hilfiger School Uniforms — Instructions

  • Go to www.globalschoolwear.com
  • In the FIND YOUR SCHOOL section, please enter either your Partner School Code (FRTO01) or search by school name. Please also select your student’s grade, gender and program type.
  • The website will automatically apply logo requirements (or options) as determined by your school’s administrative team.
  • Once you have identified a product for purchase, select your color, size, logo (if applicable), and quantity. After clicking “Add to Cart”, the items will be added to your shopping cart, and you will be prompted to either Continue Shopping or Checkout Now.
  • If you have questions about sizing, click on the Size Chart link. If you still have questions after using the Size Chart, please call the toll-free customer service number at 1-877-825-2860 or email customerservice@gswcustomerservice.com; their customer service team will be happy to assist.
  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming ship date and tracking information. Please allow 10-12 business days from the time your order is placed for it to be delivered.
  • Your order history will be stored in your account, and you can come back to the website anytime, 24/7, to place additional orders.

Land’s End Apparel — Instructions

  • Go to www.landsend.com/school
  • Click “My School Dress Code.”
  • Under “Search for School,” either type the school name or use the school number: 900142308
  • Note:  If purchasing a plaid uniform skirt, please be sure to choose the “Clear Blue Plaid” color.  This is the ONLY approved color for plaid skirts from Land’s End.
  • You can also call or text 1-800-963-4816 or email landsend@landsend.com and reference your student’s preferred school number (900142308), grade level, and gender. Their team of consultants is happy to assist.

Project Plaid

  • Project Plaid offers plaid Tolton school uniform skirts featuring built-in shorts with pockets and breathable 4-way stretch fabric—combining classic style with modern comfort and performance students will love.
  • A local vendor, Project Plaid, will be present for a “try it on for size” event at the Tolton Used Uniform Sale and Project Plaid Try On Day to take in-person orders.  After this event, orders can also be placed online. Completed orders will be available for pick up in the school office.
