With the turn of the calendar to 2021, Fr. Tolton Catholic High School reached a special milestone – the school’s 10-year anniversary!  There were so many things to celebrate over our first 10 years… our first graduating classes, the establishment of Tolton traditions, beloved Chaplains, the elimination of our debt, state athletic championships, successful young alumni… there are too many blessings to list!

To honor those who sacrificed so much to establish our school in 2011 and successfully transition our focus from start-up and growth activities to plan for maturation and sustainability, we launched a formal strategic planning process in late 2019, referred to as VISION 2020. An independent consultant spent a full two months on-site with us, to conduct a thorough assessment – thanks to all of you who actively participated in that process!  Those findings were then utilized by our diverse VISION 2020 planning committee members and leadership at all levels of the organization to collaboratively develop a roadmap for continued success into our next decade.

This Strategic Plan focuses on the core values inherent in our pillars of Spirit, Heart, Mind, and Body and was developed with a commitment to furthering the community culture, faith identity, academic excellence, and financial interests of Fr. Tolton Catholic High School.  We are happy to share the plan with our larger community now!  This comprehensive plan sets goals and a framework for advancing the school in all key areas through 2025, specifically.  It is a “living” document that will be updated with regularity as we progress toward the completion of these goals.
