This year, our Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held online. Our teachers have created links to their Google Meet conferences. Parents who wish to have a conference with a teacher should sign up for a time slot on SignUpGenius. Once you have done so, wait until your assigned date and time before following the steps below. Teachers are listed in alphabetical order.
- Click on “Conference Link” under the teacher’s name.
- You will likely be prompted to sign in with your Google account, unless you are already logged in.
- You may be promoted to allow access to your computer’s microphone and video. Please do so.
- Click on the “Join now” button. You will enter a waiting room. The teacher will let you in the virtual conference when they are ready to meet with you.
- You will need to join the conference via a phone call.
- Locate the phone number and pin code under the teacher’s name.
- Call that number on your phone and enter the pin when prompted.
- You will enter a waiting room for the conference. The teacher will let you in as soon as they are ready for you.
